We are a family that required some temporary accommodation whilst our home was being renovated. From the moment I contacted Emma, I sensed such a warm welcoming person that literally helped accommodate our needs to a T. The annex is gorgeous, cosy and warm and the owners have clearly gone to a lot of thought to create a hotel experience for their guests. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the bathroom is magnificent with the best shower we have experienced anywhere so far - it's much better than our own at home! However, unlike a hotel, the annex is well-equipped with everything you would need for a longer stay including a washing machine and an ironing board. We are grateful that the sofa bed was made up for us before we arrived. Thank you for hosting us and we hope to be back in the future.

What a perfect stay! Everything was as expected and MORE, the little touches of chocolate in mugs for the children, beautiful hand wash and hand cream, soft fluffy towels, crisp white bed linen and a super clean and well-equipped home. We found four mini bottles of Prosecco that was chilled in the refrigerator, selection of butter, Jams and marmalade to go on fresh patisseries that Emma had kindly left us for breakfast with a very nice coffee machine for our lazy Sunday breakfast. We truly felt like we had hit jackpot with this little gem! And such good value for money too. I would recommend anyone to check into this beautiful heritage cottage! I’m sure we will be back- THANK YOU Emma.
